Acceptance
By accessing CredMeter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What CredMeter is
CredMeter is a research and public-record tool, not a final legal or moral authority. Every published entry reflects what primary evidence shows at the time of publication. It is not a determination of intent, character, or culpability. Full criteria are set out in the methodology.
Accuracy and corrections
We work to keep published entries accurate and sourced to primary evidence. If you believe an entry is wrong, submit a correction — see contact. Corrections that identify a genuine factual error result in the claim being updated or removed.
Acceptable use
- Do not misrepresent CredMeter content as your own or alter quoted statements.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
- Do not scrape the site at a volume or rate that degrades it for other users.
Content and sources
Quoted statements and cited evidence remain the property of their original speakers, publishers, or record-keepers. CredMeter's own text, design, and compilation of the record are its property. Links to third-party sources are provided for reference; CredMeter is not responsible for the content or availability of external sites.
No warranty
CredMeter is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the record is complete, uninterrupted, or free of error.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CredMeter is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, the “last updated” date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
